This is the fifth or sixth time I have been to this location (I used to go to the Shari's in Crown Point for years). I have gotten the hair cut I wanted two out of the five times. Today I brought a PICTURE and still got a layered cut and by the time I noticed what she was doing it was too late. \r

She did a great job on my brows though. But it had taken me a couple of years to grow out my layers that they weren't supposed to put in last time. \r

And because I never stiff someone on a tip I went to pay with a debit card and the receptionist told me they only take the cost of the service on the debit NOT THE TIP! Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous! Last time they did put the tip on the card and this time there wasn't even a sign nor did they warn me about this change in policy. \r

I ended up having to run to the bank so the poor beautician could have a tip. (and maybe a buy a new pair of glasses for looking at pictures)\r

I've decided that this will be my last visit. I'm just disgusted.
