We recently moved into a home with stairs and our puppy will not come up the stairs so we needed to find an alternative to give him a bath. I told my boyfriend about this place that I pass all the time on my way to school we should check it out. So we loaded puppy into the car and headed for Dick's dogwash, what a waste of a Saturday afternoon I could hardly speak to the woman working there with all the birds squawking that's right a room full of squawking birds, my puppy starts shaking and whimpering, my boyfriend says yeah this isn't going to work he is terrified of the birds the woman was like well maybe you could a vet to tranquilize him, I said NO I think we would be better off going somewhere with no birds she says okay well this has been an issue before but the owner won't listen. CRAZIEST Experience EVER!!!
