Review content:
In June, A-1 installed a lawn and sprinkler system for us. A little over two weeks ago, the sprinkler system began leaking where it is attached to the water source. One of the sprinkler heads also blew out. I have called numerous times attempting to get this fixed. I am repeatedly told that someone will be out to fix these things, but no one ever shows up. While I have no particular complaint with the lawn itself, I would definitely not recommend this company if you expect any sort of service from them. They claimed to guarantee the sprinkler system for a year, but it looks like we will have to hire someone else to fix it.
Pros: The lawn itself is OK
Cons: Lack of customer service after the job was complete
