Review content:
We had H&M install a new patio cover. It leaks badly where attached to house. They tell us there is nothing they can do about it because of way our roof is. If that's the case, why did they sell us something that would not work with our house? They did make two attempts to fix it, then told us there is nothing they can do to fix it. After that, they won't take our calls or call us back when we leave a message. This has been going on for almost 3 months now and it still leaks. We spent approximately $3500 for this patio cover to have it leak so badly we can't use it when it rains! I won't have them do any more work for us!
