I loved my former stylist, but hauling my butt all the way to W. H-wood at rush hour was getting to me. I took a chance after reading reviews and called Chrome. I was able to get an appointment quickly without lots of drama. \r

They are centrally located in Culver City and I enjoyed my experience there. Jared was a wonderful stylist, listening to what I wanted, did not want and how I am with my haircare (not too fussy.) He gave me a great cut, kept up fun conversation during the process and I walked out happy with the look. The woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend the salon to others. The only downside is parking.. street with meters...or perhaps across the street at Best Buy.
