I have been in LA for 3 years and have had the worst luck finding a stylist who could give me the kind of highlights I wanted. I am Japanese and have had some bad color jobs done on my hair and then I have to go through the process of either coloring it over or trying to let it grow out. I came to Chrome for a consultation with Keenan and he explained different choices to me and listened to what it was that I wanted for my hair color and style. The other thing that I could never find in a hair stylist was someone to take my appointment in the evening. Keenan took my appointment at 8:00pm and never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. I love my hair now. I love the cut and color he did and would recommend him to anybody that has had bad hair drama. He definitely put my mind at ease. My sister and mom are now his clients as well.\r
