I just called this service to inquire about taking care of my pets during a trip. The owner was rude and lamented over and over about how far away I live (FYI, I live in Galveston where the service is supposed to offer SERVICE). And, for $22.00 per visit, and with a mouthful of rudeness, I would never leave my animals with them. She was somewhat helpful in telling me I would be better off putting them in a kennel, and anyone else considering this service would do well to do the same!
