If you have been looking for a company that can do more than just clean carpets, you really need to look into hiring Ultra Steam. We have been trying out carpet cleaners to find the one who can take out stains in our carpeting and we finally found one. Ultra Steam really came through for us when we had them clean our family room, it was an embarrasing mess with dog stains. The cleaner was REALLY nice and removed all of the stains and let us know what it was going to cost before he even started the work. It took nearly two hours and the room was close to dry when he was gone. NOT ONE COMPANY that we had used took that much time and care to get it done. It has been 3 weeks since we had that room cleaned and it still looks wonderful and the smell never came back, unlike the speed cleaners that we used. I reccomend that you try this company and you be the judge.
Pros: They don't rush in and out, carpeting was dry by the end of the day
