I actually got a card from a friend but forgot about it until looking on the web for a carpet cleaner reminded me. From the beginning to end I thought that the service was fantastic! Thank you for making my carpets look new again!!! All the stains are gone and the old leather chair looks and feels like it did when it was new. My husband says that he ""appreciates the extra effort without the extra charge"".
Pros: very friendly service, no skip proceedures, no misunderstandings
