Review content:
I read the raving reviews about the quality of the pizza and in the end I was left disappointed. I got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of BBQ chicken pizza ($5.50ish). I used to work in a pizza place serving pizza similar to Fuel's. The pizza slices I got tasted exactly like the pizza we had sitting out on the counter all day (as opposed to the fresh pies). Specifically, the pepperoni slice was pretty hot but nothing to write home about in terms of quality of the sauce and dough. The BBQ chicken slice was luke-warm at best and all I could taste was the BBQ sauce, although there was alot of chicken on it that gave it a good texture. I imagine ordering a whole pie fresh would be much better. There is potential and maybe I got a couple of bad pieces at a slow time of the night (6:30pm) but I was disappointed nonetheless. I should also mention that the people working there were really nice, and I'm sure if I said something they would have made it right. In summary if you go there I would recommend going at a busier time of the day or ordering a fresh pie as opposed to the ones on display by the slice.
Pros: Nice staff, unique atmosphere
Cons: Pizza was disappointing
