Review content:
The Boat Guys, Inc. service was taken with the impression that his company was “Completely” familiar with boats & boat lifts. When the boat was lowered into the water it was noted that the lift had been severely damaged. Mr. Rogers was contacted & was adamant about not having done the damage. He then placed a call to me on May 27th stating that yes they had caused the damage but was not responsible for the repair in that he followed the directions on the lift control module which was incorrect in his estimation even though he was “supposed” to know this type of equipment. His tone and conductance of the phone call was very derogatory and demeaning toward the situation and myself. He claims responsibility for the damage but stated he felt no responsibility to pay for repair. I feel his company is totally responsible for the damage as The Boat Guys, Inc. should know the equipment they are working with every day. I would Not Recommend these folks for any work.
Cons: Not Responsible for Admitted Damage
