Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with JM Aluminum of Dundee, FL. We only chose to have them build our screen enclosure because we believe in supporting our local businesses. We should of taken the hint from the beginning, when we dealt with a very rude woman who would promise to have Mark (the owner) call us back. Once we paid for the porch, we were never able to have them come back and fix the mistakes their laborers made. They left some of the aluminum posts shorter than others and just used calk to ""fix"" the holes that were left behind. They did an awful job, instead of just doing it right from the beginning. We called Mark on many occasions and even stopped by his store just to get the run around. He would promise to come out or have someone come out and check it out but, would never show up. Then about a month later we started noticing a leak in our roof. And after a million times of calling, the rude woman who would always answer said that there was something wrong with the tape that they had been using to seal the roof. Again, they promised to come out and they never even had the courtesy to call us back. They were once part of the BBB but, now are not for the obvious reasons that they are a terrible company to deal with. Please save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. Thanks
