I searched for the product that I wanted on the Internet and Simple Solutions Digital was one of the few companies that carried it. When I called them, Richard was very responsive, which was what made me decide to use their service.
I got the MediaMax Tera and did the installation myself, as I was in New York and Simple Solutions is in Florida. There were a few issues that I had to work through, being that the product is very new. When I reached out to Richard, he was very helpful in getting a technician on the phone to walk me through the installation and upgrades. Even though we worked together remotely, it felt as if they were next-door.
