If you work with Jon Mahoney, get ready to make a friend. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, my husband and I were very familiar with all Santa Barbara Real Estate and Goleta Real Estate and therefore we were intent on visiting homes in all neighborhoods before making our final decision. Without hesitation, Jon took on the challenge to show us a wide variety of homes. We visited more than 50 homes after work, on weekends, and whenever it was convenient for our schedules - Jon made himself available. Ultimately he helped us find the one and now, three years later we can always count on Jon stopping by with his signature baked treats during the holidays.\r
