Bill/James Gillespie gave us an estimate. We signed a contract on July 29 and paid him to purchase materials and start working. He came once and tore out one part of the old roof. Then, every time we talked to him, he was coming up with different excuses. His best one was that his bank froze up his account and we should wait untill it would be resolved. Two weeks later, we do not have a new roof, we have a whole in our old roof, and we do not have our money. We have to admit it was a clever scheme!!!!! We would like to ward other potential consumers. Do not make the same mistake.
