Review content:
Although the Mountain Democrat states that the service will be great, I was deeply disappointed.\r
The Mountain Democrat stated that you will get offered a beverage of water, coffee, or hot chocolate...I was offered ""nothing."" The employees were not friendly they were more involved with building a sign of some sort; or paying someone? I was expecting much better service, I know they changed the oil, and checked the weight in my tires but I don't know if they checked all the fluids in my car because they never came to me and told me. They did check my air filter and stated I should get a new one which the guy showed me it was dirty. The filter had some dirt on it but you could still see that the filter was brand new. Yes, I did get a free car wash. The automatic car wash wasn't good. When leaving the car wash, there was still plenty of water and soap, and dirt still left on my car and come to find out the car wash uses brushes and cloth that tries to clean the car which it still didn't clean the car. Compared to their competition the cost of the oil change is about ten dollars too high for the service they give. I would rather drive an hour from there into Sacramento and get an oil change at Chevron Oil Stop and then I would know I will get wonderful service!\r
