Great Green Cleaning wins the prize-- I have 2 kids and 2 cats and my apartment takes a beating. I've tried every cleaning service in the city with chronic frustration, no shows, lateness, a broken mirror and some don't speak English - that doesn't work for me. . Great Green is about the same price as my last service BUT they do the job right AND they do my laundry! I really like these guys- I used them 4 times and then I gave them a key. Not only does Michele come on time- but she looks like she LIKES to clean ( great because I don't ) I also like that I can call them at night if I can't find where she put something - and they actually answered the phone at 10pm-- I was amazed! They definitely know something about good customer service - I believe I found a winner after MANY bad experiences with other companies.
