Signed contract with Glen Latour of Alliance Contracting to complete job at local tea shop in July 2011. It is now October and the job is not even half way complete! Glen Latour has tons of excuses, always gave us the run around and avoids our phone calls. We were such fools to have entrusted him with this project. When confronted, he threaten to pull the permits on the works already done and that he was consulting a lawyer. Never heard from him again and it's been two weeks. Now the shop is left in a filthy mess...we couldn't even get him to clean up and dispose of the construction trash without him crying about wanting a lawyer. He also complain about not getting paid enough, although he signed a contract to do the work for $31,000 and have been paid $27,500 at least. Between the substandard quality of work; he hires unlicenced contractors, what BS! After he has swindled us out of $27,500, I wouldn't go anywhere near this guy. DO NOT TRUST GLEN LATOUR!
