Bought via groupon for a battery repair. Set up an appointment time online (convenient). When we got in to get the work done he was finished in 10 minutes tops (quick). The location for his shop is a bit odd but we double checked the address and it was right. It was commercial space but not retail space.
I'd have no reservations recommending this place to anyone else needing iphone repair.
