I was very impressed with everyone I met at the dealership. I was helped right away. I was given a Civic to test drive for a night. My wife and I loved it. We came back in to get the final numbers and went home to think about it over the weekend. On Monday evening I came and finished the paperwork. I felt that everyone at Fletcher Honda tried to make my experience as good as possible. I can say without a doubt that the people at your dealership are honest and care about your customers. You now have a loyal new customer as a result of the hard work of everyone from the car detailer to the sales manager.\r
