Review content:
From all of the companies that called me, I chose Element Moving and Storage. They were the most professional ones on the phone, had the best, most informative website, and seemed to be the most honest. I had a feeling I was making the right decision. I had a fairly large move and I didnt want to leave it to just anyone. I wanted the best and I feel that is exactly what I got!
I moved from Allen TX to Laguna Beach CA and I had a wonderful crew move me. Luis was the foremen and he was really wonderful to work with. He made everything so easy and made me feel very comfortable with everything. His crew all worked so well together. They really worked as a team and made everything go very smoothly. They prepared all of my furniture and even built a wooden crate for my marble top desk.
Granted I have never moved to another state, I still feel that this was the most professional service I have ever received.
For my delivery, I had a different crew, but they were equally wonderful. They showed up at my door with huge smiles on their faces and they were so sweet about everything even though I was a bit frazzled as to where to put things. They reassembled everything and would not leave until everything was completed to perfection.
Everything got here in perfect shape expect I had a scratch on my dining room table. I called the office and they quickly sent me a claim form and sent me a check for the claim. Accidents happy when you move, but its all about the company you choose and how they take care of things. I am so happy and relieved that I chose Element.
My sister is moving to CA in the next few months and she is also going to use Element.
