Businiess name:  Jro Pet Boarding & Grooming

Review content:
Never leave your pet in the care of JRO Pet boarding. Before boarding my dog I took him to the vet for a well dog checkup and shots updated. He received a clean bill of health. After 8 days at JRO board I hardly recognized him. From his chin to his chest he had scratched off all his fir. It was hanging in strips and infected. The infection was so bad that it had spread to his eyes and ears. I rushed him to the vet and after $300+ in vet bills and five prescriptions he is slowly on the mend. All the owner could say over and over again is that she never noticed a problem. I understand problems happened but this is a clear sign of neglect. During the boarding I had called and was told he was doing fine. I feel so guilty for leaving my dog there. Please whatever you do, do not make the same mistake.
