I gave this store a 1 star because that was the lowest I could go.\r
If I had not had to deal with the bookkeeper, this store would've received 5 stars! After having my windows professionally installed, I came in to settle my bill. Upon walking through the doors, I could hear a very loud, personal, conversation that the bookkeeper was having on her cell phone. My salesman (who was amazing, btw) was with another customer, so I walked to the bookkeeper's counter to pay. Once she saw me, she hung up, but then proceeded to treat me as if *I* was the biggest inconvenience by giving the store money!! Very rude, very short, very bitchy. And I don't use that word lightly. I won't be back...unless she's not there!\r
