I have been a member of POW since it opened. I was initially drawn to POW because as an ex-college athlete I was struggling with finding an interesting, challenging way to stay in shape. During my time at POW I have not only found myself in the best shape of my life but have also been able to challenge myself in an entirely different form -- I have become skilled in many different areas of martial arts. POW is a gym that embraces each of its members and the owner truly invests herself in each student. If you are looking to get in shape, challenge yourself then POW is the place you seek.
