I bought a used mazda protege from them only a couple months ago before the car's engine blew out on me. I tried to get Dean Team to fix it or get me a different car..to no avail. they said that i went over their 2000 mile warranty and that I didn't change the engine oil on time and that caused the failure of piece of junk they sold me. I barely went over 2000 miles past the limit. wtf? They're a bunch of mechanics and sales reps who don't know what they're saying. They said it'll cost me $3,500 to put a new engine in. ridiculous.
