I have deal with these guys a few times and each experience has been worst than the last. I ordered a custom tank and after it was two weeks past due I was told by the owner that I was lying about when I was told I would have my new tank. Which by the way was over $1000.00. When spending that kind of money I expect to be treated a little better.
I had also bought a LED capable light. When the end melted I was accused of putting it in the water. This has been a know issue with the light and they basically pointed me back in the direction of the manufacturer rather than take care of it for me. Even knowing that I was going to be without a light for several days they showed no compassion or desire to help.
As for livestock selection and help, if you get helped at all, is very limited. I would recommend going anywhere but here. The owner is a real piece of work with a nasty attitude and has proven to be unhelpful and unkind, unless you spending money.
