Well, when I called a couple months ago the whole office was apparently in chaos. It took several days to get a call back- then the woman I spoke to had no idea what was up and what was down. They could not provide me any information, no knowledge of anything.
Then the girl came out and did an 'estimate' several weeks later after I had to call them back- she also clearly didn't know what was going on.
The whole company as a whole seems to run through employees like garbage bags, I called back to set up service and another new voice answered and offered another new estimate by another new person.
Maybe they should concentrate on maintaining their business so they can sustain some employees/customers.
All I wanted was a house cleaning- not a constant run around. Really disappointing. I called Molly Maids- and they did a GREAT job.
