Review content:
I gave them a many chances to offer an honest service. They made just as many choices to be dishonest. I kept thinking they would fix a problem and they didn't. Then they said I broke the contract early when clearly they broke the contract by not cleaning properly. I gave them a choice. You can take the cancelation fee off my credit card - but I told them that they were the ones that broke the contract and that it would be dishonest of them to do it. They did it any way. It is so dissapointing to see such dishonest behavior by people in our community.
