Review content:
While the crew came out and did a decent job on a large maple tree near power lines, I paid in full and it's been over 3 weeks and they have yet to come back to grind the stump. I've called a number of times, but they haven't provided the best customer service. When I spoke to the owner yesterday, he stated that the recent storm has kept him busy and will not pass up more expensive work to come back and finish my job, which as I stated I fully paid for already. Not good business practices if you asked me. It's a shame b/c they seemed like professional people and completed the first 1/2 of the job in a quality manner. I would stay away from this place given his statement on taking new more lucrative customers first, while putting current fully paid up customers on the back burner.
