I wrote a review a while back. Being on the drivers seat changes your perspective about the job and service. First off I will admit that we've had a few rude drivers and we have rude customers as well.
Here's what happens sometimes, some customers run off and don't pay or tend to give the drivers a real hard time. We do serve the public, that is of course our job.
There are nights where it is extremely busy and it can be difficult to get a cab dispatched to your location due to it being either way too busy or not many drivers on shift. We do our best to get you where you need to go, I even work the best that I can so that my customer can save time and money if possible.
It is a good company, we may just need more people on shift so that we can get our customer in and out fast.
Pros: Most Drivers are very friendly.
Cons: Never on time, Rude Dispatchers and must call an hour to two ahead of time.
