on 1-2-09, I called for a yellow cab at 11AM. I was told the vehicle wOULD ARRIVE IN 15 MINS. A2;r56 PM the cab had still not ARRIVED AND THE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO YELLOW CAB TO INQUITRE ABOUT MY TRANSPORTATION WENT UNANSWERED, BECAUSE THEY HAD TAKEN THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK.\r

NOW, I AM A REASONABLY INTELLIGENT PERSON WHO COULD UNDERSTAND THAT THE CAB MAY NOT ARRIVE FOR POSSIBLY AN HOUR RATHER THAN THE LIE OF 15 MINS.\r
WHAT LIARS YOU ARE.\r
yOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLEAND SINCE YOU HAVE A MONOPLY ON THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IN THE AREA, WHOO TO OUR CITIZENS OF THE CITY!!!\r
