they are terrible i had 2 give the cab driver my cell phone and wallet as colateral so he new i would pay the fare, since i had to step inside the house to get his money, i agreed 2 it knowing that i would be right back out with his money but as soon as i got to the door of the house he sped away i had to go down to the cab co. main office when i got there they could not find my stuff i had to go back again the next day i finnaly recieved my phone and wallet. when i recieved the phone it was broken and my wallet was missing important things like ssn card the drivers name was dave and the managers didnt seem 2 care about anything but the fare so for $28 i got a short ride, a broken phone, important id items stolen, a headach and a hassle, not to mention the gas i had to waste 2 go to the cab co 2 times. so if its not a life or death sitiution DONT USE YELLOW CAB of springfield ma
