I called Abt to have my Mercedes taken to their shop because of some electrical problems from a install they had done. John from their mobile audio dept told me to call Available roadside. I asked if he could set this up for me and he said it would not be a problem and did so for the following morning. Available roadside called me at 7am sharp as I had asked john to have them do.While on the line with their dispatcher he was able to offer me a few way in which I could have my car picked up and dropped off. I work in the Chicago loop area so I need to get out the door for work. I asked if they could pick it up in the next 20 minutes and they said sure. Their truck arrived in about 15 minutes. Their driver was kind enough to drive me to the metra station so I could catch the train and then delivered my car to Abt. It turns out I had been looking around in the car and never shut off the map light. Opps. thanks for taking care of me Abt and Available roadside
