When a local chef tells you that Graze's pastrami sandwich is, ""the best thing to eat in Walla Walla,"" you move hastily in that direction. He wasn't kidding. Graze hand cures their meats and makes their sauerkraut in-house - this sandwich is a delicious manifestation of a labor of love. For the hyper-carnivorous among us, ""The Latronka"" is an 8oz. pastrami bomb. Graze isn't a one-trick pony either. They prepare homemade soups daily (always a veg option) - carrot coconut and lentil prosciutto when we were there. The cobb salad doesn't mess around either, with fresh veggies topped with ample potions of pastrami and turkey, local blue cheese and a light fresh vinaigrette. Their selection of hot and cold sandwiches and salads are around $7.95, the heavyweight Latronka is $10.95 and soups are $3.50/$5.00 small/large. Beer and wine are also available. Graze is open Mon-Sat 10-7. Pros: Sandwiches, soups and salads Cons: ??
