Review content:
I have done business with Speedway Auto Craft twice in the last 6 months and both times, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out.\r The first time, back in February, someone bumped my car in an icy parking lot at work and consequently, it slide and scraped down the side of a metal pole. When I brought my car to Speedway, I told them that I had a previod bad experience with another body shop in Bellevue. The Bellevue shop took more than 7 days longer than they initially told me to make my repairs, my car was returned to me filthy with Bondo dust everywhere and they had neglected to reconnect my window and mirror defrosters. I have allergies and ended up with a migraine that lasted for three day from all of the fine dust.\r Speedway completed my work in a reasonable amout of time and they completely detailed my car before returning it to me. I know other shops clean your car, but, I mean they thouroughly vaccumed my vents, and my car was immaculate. The owners made special after-hours arrangements for me to drop-off and pick up my car and even offered me a ride home when my husband was delayed. You just don't meet people like that very often anymore!!\r The second time, I was on vacation for my birthday and got a double whammy...my car was vandalized and then the clutch failed. Speedway now has an auto repair division called Speedway Performance. The owner, and his son, personally towed my car, for no charge!!! They picked it up the evening of the same day that I called them. Once again, my car was returned to me looking better than before the damage occurred. Although I didn't mention the allergy to dust, they remembered me and went the extra mile yet again with detailing the car. My clutch works better than it did when I first bought the car, it shifts ""like butter"". A very big and heartfelt ""Thank You"" to everyone at Speedway Auto Craft AND Speedway Performance for their exceptional work ethic and customer service. Pros: Most Everything Cons: A little bit of mis-communication, but, that's what I get for making fecetious jokes like ""Well, I guess if I can't pay, you can just hold my car hostage""
