Review content:
Elephant Moving moved us from North Austin to Dripping Springs last week and swear I will never use other movers again - they were FANTASTIC! I cannot praise them enough. The move went so smoothly and the crew was so wonderful through the whole process. Our estimator told us up front that we definitely had 2 truckloads of stuff, which I know already since our 4 bedroom house is pretty full and used 2 trucks last time we moved. \r

We decided to pack ourselves and used their rental crates that they delivered a few days before the move. We tried our hardest but there were some last minute items that we just did not have time to pack up - no problem when I called the office and told them I would need help with that the next day. They were flexible and pleasant about it and they made sure the movers brought some extra crates just in case. The crates are awesome! I don't think we would have managed to pack nearly as much as we did without those crates. They made packing a breeze compared to the usual box method and I didn't have to worry that my kids were packing things badly since there's no chance of the crates getting crushed in the truck!\r

On move day the crew was polite and worked really quickly. The whole crew was great but a couple of the guys were exceptionally strong, like superhero strong, and were lifting our heavy pieces like they weighed nothing. I really felt comfortable with them because they were so careful with our stuff. They wrapped everything as promised and were even able to transport a lot of items that I thought I might need to take myself like the computers, plants and pictures. \r

Our new house is brand new and they really tried to keep it in pristine condition. The crew put cardboard on the stair bannister and laid pads on the floor and on the doorways. There was some trouble getting the appliances into the utility room - the wall got a bit dinged up - but overall they worked to make sure nothing was damaged. I even saw them carrying a few things by hand to avoid going over a section of shiny tile with their equipment and I really appreciated the effort.\r

We haven't finished unpacking but so far I haven't found anything broken (did I mention how awesome those crates were?!). I have moved a few times over the last decade and the quality ranged from so-so to criminally bad. This was not like any of those experiences. I will only use Elephant Moving from now on because I know I won't have to worry about my stuff, my house or even my packing. They have it all totally under control and I would recommend them to anyone.
Pros: careful, pleasant, quick and strong!
