I want to share with everyone how easy and simple was it to use Elephant Moving and Storage. It was so easy! Even easier than just trying to book a truck from U-haul (although if you have ever tried to deal with U-haul you probably know how hard they can be). It was really easy to use their service. I basically booked my movers online; their website is very user-friendly. I got my estimate using their website to fill out their estimate form online. The form asked for where I was moving from and to, and a list of all the items I wanted to move (very easy – you have a menu of items by rooms and just need to add to the list). In less than 2 hours I had an e-mail with the estimated price for my move that was followed up with a call from a really nice office lady who explained the quote to me and answered my questions. She went over the move process and what to expect, which was helpful because I never used movers before (always did it myself using U-haul, yeah, I’m done doing it that way!). The movers who came to move me were awesome! Very professional, on time, and they really treated my belonging as if they were their own. They wrapped all the furniture with blankets and made me feel like my things were in good hands. It took a lot of the stress out of the process, not having to worry so much about things getting damaged. During the move the crew leader was very organized and made sure that everything went smoothly. They were careful with my things and careful with my floors and walls. Overall I would say excellent service and wonderful care and respect for my belongings. And best of all, I didn’t have to move anything myself!
