Review content:
After many fine meals at the Anderson El Coyote, I'm sad to say I can't go back. I'd come to expect a Rubyesque steak at a fair price. Tonight, a young manager made an unforgiveable mistake. My wife and I ordered the Porterhouses done medium. Our steaks came out rare. We asked nicely that they be re-done correctly. What we got in return were the same two steaks that were now dried out and well done. We asked the manager to please make us two new steaks, again, medium. We got medium-well on the strip and the filet was well done. Time to cut our losses. What we got was a bill for both steaks, drinks, and appetizers. The manager accused us of trying to get a free meal. What he neglected to notice was that we had left a $20 on the table for the server for her trouble.
