Review content:
My husband stopped into El Coyote's for a seafood enchilada and waited 50 minutes for it. There was some party of 40 in an upstairs room and they prepared their order in front of one measly enchilada. That is terrible service! On top of that, they overcharged him by 10 dollars. He got that straightened out, but they weren't very apologetic about the whole thing. Most decent restaurants would have comped the meal for someone who waited this long with no explanation. He also waited a long time for a water refill. He watched other diners get chips and salsa, but they never brought any to his table until he asked. A waiter knocked his fork off the table and forgot to replace it. My husband is president of a Cincinnati company and had planned on having a sales meeting in the upstairs room at the Edgewood location. After this shoddy treatment, he will search for another venue. I tried to send a comment to them, but when you fill it out, it won't go through.\r \r
