I only put 1 star because you can't put 0. Before patronizing this establishment, I had a healthy, happy-go-lucky little dog. When I got him home, he wasn't walking right. He very obviously had pain in his hind quarters/rear legs. It's been almost a week now, and he still wont walk from room to room on his own. He'll only eat if you bring his dish to him, and he has to be physically taken outside. I'm told it's most likely a muscle pull and should heal in time. However no dog should have to go through this after a haircut.\r Aside from the mistreatment of my dog, the staff are sorely lacking in any sort of people skills, courtesy or customer service. If you're looking for a dog groomer, may I suggest anywhere but here.
