CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION.........THIS STORE IS HORRIBLY RAN. ASSOCIATES DO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE TRAINING, ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, AND GENERAL MANAGER IS INCOMPETENT. MY APPLIANCE WAS UNDER THERE SO CALLED EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN THAT I PURCHASED AND HAS BEEN A TOTAL MESS FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. THEY NEVER EVEN SENT IT TO BE SERVICED AND THEN REFUSED TO ARRANGE ME ANY TYPE OF HELP WITH A NEW ONE. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!!!!! EVERYONE PASSES THE BLAME, AND THE WHOLE CITY THINKS THIS WAY ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR STORE!!!! MANAGER IS CONDESENDING, RUDE, AND NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR HIS STORE AND THERE MISTAKES. EVEN THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS TRYING TO HELP ME SAID I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE WHO HE HAS SEEN HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!!! STEVE THE MANAGER NEEDS TO RETIRE!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!! Pros: NONE AT ALL Cons: THE WHOLE STAFF AND ESPECIALLY THE GENERAL MANAGER AND RECEIVING DEPT.
