My friend referred me to this clinic and I apprehensively decided to take her advice and give it a try. I have been jaded by many medical spas in the past where they have high pressure sales tactics, poor customer service, and most of all a dangerous staff that is uneducated. My first experience with Aura was over the phone. Katy the esthetician answered all of my questions and gave me prices to a few of the treatments I was interested in. The next day I came in for my complimentary consultation and was pleased to find the staff attentive, professional, and well educated. My consult was over my acne which I have been plagued with since my early teens. Katy gave me some really good advice for at home skin care. At the time I was skeptical because before this I had tried everything from accutane to all types of expensive treatments and products. After a few weeks on my new skin care products I started to notice my skin healing and after a few months my skin has cleared up dramatically. My skin has never looked better! They have my trust as a client. I feel 100% confident and safe with their skin care recommendations and treatments they have to offer. Never once have I felt pressured to buy! I have tried a few peels and have been very happy with the results. I love the laser hair removal treatments that is effective, painless and affordable. Their botox is my new best friend.
