This place has antiquated equipment that broke down in the middle of the treatment, techs that clearly had no idea what they were doing and no parking. They smeared my body with gooey gel and never tested to see if the laser level was effective for my skin type...and for me it definitely wasn't--nothing!\r

Having had laser hair removal procedures done at a competing spa with great results I was sadly disappointed\r

I left a message to talk to management and no one returned my call so I requested a refund from Groupon and got one right away.\r

Definitely woudn't go back!!
