I called them, they came late I had to call and find out...i paid up front gave them a tip of 23 dollars and had them do 2 rooms 1 living room and i hall not a big house 1400 square feet....carpets not bad at all....they did the job in like 40 minutes i guess they were fast, i walk into the living room and find my front door open...okay i have a disabled child and she could walk out and not know where she lived, due to her brain surgery last year and removal of right side of her brain.....then the carpet was still soaked, i called and complained and he wanted to come back...i am not the type to ever ever ever ask for my money back or anything in return, they did want to come back and i said no, maybe i would have you guys come back in the future if they did it right the first time, i would totally be repeat business, then they never vacuumed, so i took my home hover machine and sucked a half a gallon of very dirty water from the living room alone leaving it mildly wet.....i just want to complain because yes they lost my repeat business but maybe they need to review what they promise on there website and i will contact the bb bureau i do not want my money back,,,carma is a you know what i highly believe in that so they will get theres and i will start a new blog and let everyone know about there shotty work i took pictures...
