OK, the food is tasty. But every time I try to go here the combination of the way too-long lines and the sometimes incompetent service behind the counter really annoys me. How hard is it to make a sandwich without mayo? Apparently very. I've also had times when I'm standing, waiting for my food after ordering and before paying where they've forgotten my order entirely. Maybe I'm just there when they are training new people. I like the food but would only try going at very off-peak times and when I'm not in a hurry.
