I have taken my dog to Animal Attractions 3 times. The first two times I didn't have to tell them how to groom him and they did a good job! The last time a friend dropped him off because we had a family emergency. Since I have never told them before how to groom my dog I didn't see why I would need to have my friend tell them how to this time. My dog looked riddiculous the last time. He was there for 3 nights and he did not smell clean either. Since you can not go in the back area to see where the dogs are kept I'm not sure if he didn't smell clean because the area they keep the dogs in are dirty or he wasn't cleaned properly. I will not be taking my dog back there again and I dont reccommend it for someone who cares about there dogs looks or cleanliness!
