No place is perfect. The best thing about Cimarrom apartments is the Maintenance guy Terry. I am amazed that he is a tech and not the manager. He is friendly, fast and very good at fixing things. Hey Cimarron wake up and promote this guy before he gets away!! \r
There has been a recent office staff change. I think it is for the better. However, the guy named Mike is a jerk. He talks to the other employees like they are idiots. Sometimes I think that he may be on drugs or something because of the way he acts. I have never seen him doing a darn thing! \r
It is clean except on windy days. The pool is great. But booooo hissss to all of you who complain about the noise at the pool. Why in the world did you get a poolside apartment ? Its not your private pool. Families with children make nose splashing about. Teens and young adults hang out there in the evening. But itsn't that what we all pay for? \r
If you don't like dogs...don't move here. There are lots!\r
If you are a racist...don't move here. People of all ages and races live here. And we get along just fine.\r
If you are destructive....don't move here! We like our community free of vandalism and graffiti!\r
My apartment is spacious and free of bugs (except for the occasional crickets and desert roaches that come in time to time.....If you can't handle them perhaps you should move to alaska. \r
I feel safe here....Well as safe as one can feel in a city.\r
i love it here and have been here for 4 years. \r
i recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a friendly and well kept community.
