We left our dog Maggie with Castle Pets during the last month of July. She escaped from the facility, and was found three miles away near San Dims Canyon Park. The owner still charged us for a partial stay, and didn't seem to concerned about the incident. One would think that a full refund would have been given for not properly supervising our dog Maggie.
