Sevier Brothers is the only shop I have found where the mechanics are not on commission. Other places take advantagre of you and try to sell you things you don't need so the tech's can pad their paycheck. Everytime I take my car to Sevier Brothers I leave happy. I wont mention the other places I have been, but never before have I taken my car anywhere and been told I didn't need the work I thought I did. Another place told me I needed nearly $800 in brake work once. I wanted a second opinion and Sevier Brothers said all I needed was a regular front brake job and the other things on the list looked fine. A business that is wiiling to keep it honest and not lie to you around about your repairs, especially in this economy, is just what we all need. As small as the place is, I was surprised that they have free Wi-Fi in the lobby and take appointments in the morning if you need to wait on your service. I already have my next oil change appointment sceduled and I will be able to get some business done on my laptop while I wait. I just wish they had free coffee, and that TV in the lobby is older than I am. LOL!!! Check them out if you live in or near Bellevue.
Pros: Honesty and friendly employees. Morning appointments.
Cons: no frills lobby other than the Wi-Fi
