Horrible experience! I find it really sad for the state of Arkansas to lack many excellent bakers. They to me just do their job to make the money rather than find joy in doing it, and catering to the needs of their customers. I am a soon-to-be bride and I asked about mamma manna's from a friend and she had nothing but bad things to say about their service. She asked them for a particular style cake and they took it upon themselves to change her mind otherwise to fit what cake they already had made. When you call into a bakery and you tell them your vision it is their job to make it come true not make it their own. If I want a bubblegum pink square and round cake I want it not a all round blue cake. When I come to pick my cake up and I say it is not what I ordered try to fix it don't be so nonchalant about it and not cater to my need for the cake of my dreams. Would I recommend them to someone like someone recommended them to me...no! My cake was not my mothers dream cake and on top of that it was very dry and crumbled as we sliced it. Horrible service took the cake, but wait the icing on the cake was the cake was even worse! Just wasn't their day maybe! If you do call in make sure to ask for a fresh cake and be very specific about what you want maybe even take in a picture.
Cons: Horrible service, cakes, and was hard to find. Had to leave messages for them to call you back
